Public Image Limited is a company registered on February 14th, 2013 in the Isle of Man under company number 127748C; Registered address: Clinch’s House, Lord Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM99 1RZ. Public Image Limited is trading under the name Cashplay.co. Accordingly any reference to Cashplay.co shall be construed as constituting a reference to Public Image Limited.

Applicability of These Terms & Conditions

By downloading any software ("Software") or using any services ("Services") provided by the cashplay.co and cashplay.me websites (the "Websites") or the mobile application (the "App") you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms & Conditions"); and the rules and regulations ("Rules & Regulations") applicable to our products and services, and are deemed to have accepted and understood all the Terms & Conditions and all other terms they refer to.


Amendments to These Terms & Conditions

We may need to change these Terms & Conditions from time to time for a number of reasons (including to comply with applicable laws and regulations, and regulatory requirements). All changes will be published on the Website. The most up-to-date Terms & Conditions will be available on the Website. If any change is unacceptable to you, you should cease using the Software and the Services. If, however, you continue to use the Software and the Services after the date on which the changes to the Terms & Conditions come into effect, you will be deemed to have accepted those changes.

Definitions and Interpretation

In addition to the terms defined elsewhere in these Terms & Conditions, and unless the context otherwise requires:

"We", "us" and/or "our" refers to Public Image Limited, trading as Cashplay.

"Account Holder" and/or "User" refers to any individual who registers for an account with any of the Websites ("Account") and is therefore party to these Terms & Conditions.

"You" and/or "your" refers to that "Account Holder".

"Tournament" refers to an integrated video gaming platform upon which two or more Users compete against each other.

"For Cash" refers to a Tournament in which Users pay an entry fee to win cash prizes.

"For Fun" refers to a Tournament with no entry fees.

Services and Software

We may modify, suspend or terminate your access to the Websites, Service and/or Software.

We may interrupt the operation of the Websites, Services and/or Software to perform maintenance, to correct errors or to carry out other work.

We may suspend and/or terminate your Account if we have reason to believe that you have or will violate these Terms & Conditions.

If you violate these Terms & Conditions, we may withhold your earnings which shall be considered a contractual penalty payable by you to us as sanction for such violation [and which we may use for any charitable purpose at our discretion]. We may also refer you to the police or other relevant authorities if you violate these Terms & Conditions.

If you wish to participate in Tournaments or receive Services, you may need to download proprietary Cashplay Software. If you do not download this Software, you will not be able to compete in Tournaments or receive relevant Services. We reserve the right to make this Software available to you via a third party, such as a game developer. In both cases, your use of that Software is subject to these Terms & Conditions.

We may offer technical support for Software from time to time, which may require us to remotely access the computer, mobile phone or other device ("Device") upon which the Software is installed. If we update the Software in this manner, you consent to us remotely accessing your Device without your knowledge. If we can’t remotely access your Device, you acknowledge that the Software may not work and that this may prevent you from competing in Tournaments and receiving other Cashplay Services. Our access to your Device is subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

You acknowledge that any Service identified by us as a "beta" testing version of that Service ("Beta Product") may contain features that differ from the Service’s final release. We reserve the right not to release a final version of a Beta Product and to alter its features, specifications, capabilities, functions, licensing terms, release dates, general availability and/or other characteristics. Beta Products may contain errors that affect the operation and functionality of that Service.

The availability of our Services doesn't constitute an offer, solicitation and/or invitation by us for the use of our Services in any territories where such activities are prohibited by law.

Legality of the Use of the Gaming Platform and the Services

You are responsible for determining whether or not our Services are legal in your territory and you acknowledge that the rules, regulations and laws in that territory governing skill gaming, contests and cash tournaments govern your participation in our Tournaments.

We don't offer "For Cash" Tournaments in territories where such competitions are prohibited. At the time these Terms & Conditions were last updated, territories where participation in "For Cash" tournaments is prohibited (or where we believe it is illegal) included Belgium, The Cayman Islands, Denmark, India, Iran, Iraq,  Israel, Italy, North Korea, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Tasmania and the Vatican City; the US states of Arizona, District of Columbia, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, North Dakota, Vermont and Louisiana.

We reserve the right to monitor the location from which you access our Services and require you to have the geo-location feature enabled on your Device if you want to enter a "For Cash" Tournament. In addition, to enter a "For Cash" Tournament, you may be also required to confirm the location in which you are playing.

Despite our best efforts, we can in no way guarantee the status of laws nor that the interpretation of those laws will not change and negatively affect our Services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, terminate and/or interrupt the Services if necessary in any and/or all territories without prior notice. We also reserve the right to limit the range our Services offered to Account Holders in various territories.

Registration and Use of Your Account

In order to open an Account with Cashplay, you must correctly fill in the new user registration form found on the Website(s) and read and accept the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy as found on the Website(s).

In order to maintain an account on Cashplay, and individual must:

  • Be a natural person, at leaset 18 years old and over the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which the individual lives and who has had the email address submitted on the account registration form assigned to their use and control as represented.
  • Be phisically located in a Territory in which participation is skilled based tournaments, or Cashplay, is unrestricted by applicable laws.
  • Comply with these T&C at all times.

In order to store cash on the Gaming Platform (applicable and only available to Users in territories where this is permitted), you may need to provide additional information and Cashplay may require documentation to prove or confirm the information you've provided.

We may, at our own discretion and without having to provide any justification, refuse to open an Account or close an existing Account.

During the registration process you will be able to choose your log-in name and password. This password may be changed by the Account Holder at any time.

In consideration of our accepting your application to open an Account, or to participate in "For Cash" Tournaments, you confirm, represent and warrant to us (and acknowledge that we rely on these representations) as follows:

  • You are 18 years of age or over, of sound mind and capable of taking responsibility for your own actions and that you can enter into a legally binding agreement with us. We reserve the right to request proof-of-age documentation from any applicant or user at any time and to void any Tournament involving minors.
  • You agree to provide accurate registration information, including (upon request) your correct date of birth, your address and your mobile number. Failure to provide evidence of identification and/or eligibility satisfactory to Cashplay, in its sole and absolute discretion, shall result in the suspension and/or termination of the member's account.
  • You agree to inform us of any changes in such details.
  • You are the person whose details are provided in connection with your registration or, in the case of legal entities, you are a duly authorised representative of the relevant legal entity.
  • You are acting as a principal and not as an agent on behalf of a third party.
  • You are not in insolvency, bankruptcy or any similar proceedings (and such proceedings are not threating) or in any arrangement or composition with your creditors and no a receiver, administrator, administrative receiver, trustee or similar person has been appointed over any of your revenues or assets.
  • It is your responsibility to keep your contact details up to date on your Account. Failure to do so may result in you failing to receive important Account-related notifications and information from us, including changes to these Terms & Conditions.
  • You are responsible for you complying with any applicable local, national, federal and/or state laws.
  • You have not been prohibited from using our Services.
  • There is a risk of losing money when using the Services and that you acknowledge and agree that we have no responsibility to you for any such loss.
  • Your use of the Services is at your sole option, discretion and risk.
  • You will need to provide us with certain personal details about yourself (including details regarding your methods of payment) for the purpose of using the Services. We will process your personal details in compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations, all in accordance with and as set out in our Privacy Policy.
  • The telecommunications networks and internet access services required for you to access and use the Services are entirely beyond our control and we have no liability whatsoever for any outages, slowness, capacity constraints or other deficiencies affecting the same.
  • You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes on your Cashplay earnings.

We retain the right to examine and confirm the identity of our Account Holders. When deemed necessary, we will request that documentation proving the Account Holder's identity and residency is uploaded to the Websites. Examples of documentation requested could be scanned copies of driver's licences, national identity cards or passports, bank statements, or utility bills.

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your Account. Cashplay is not liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, whether with or without your knowledge. In particular, you agree to keep your password strictly confidential and you are responsible for any misuse of your password. Provided that we have been correctly supplied with the Account information requested, we are entitled to assume that offers and payments are made by you. You should change your password on a regular basis and never disclose it to any third party. You undertake to protect your password in the same way that you would protect password or other access details to your online banking system and any failure to do so shall be at your sole risk and expense. If another person accesses your Account, you are solely responsible for all their actions whether or not their access was authorised by you and you hereby indemnify us and hold us harmless against all costs, claims, expenses and damages howsoever arising in connection with the use of or access to your Account by any third party.

If a transaction is carried out using the username and password of an Account Holder, it will be considered to have been made by that Account Holder and therefore to be accepted and valid.

You will not attempt to sell or otherwise transfer the benefit of your Account to any third party and nor will you acquire or attempt to acquire an Account which has been opened in the name of a third party.

You are restricted to opening only one Account. If you are found to be operating more than one Account, you may be suspended and may lose your right to use the Websites, Services and Software. Operating multiple active Accounts with cash balances may constitute fraud, you may be prosecuted and all funds (deposits and earnings) may be seized.

You are prohibited from selling, transferring and/or acquiring Accounts for or from other Account Holders.

In the event of you not respecting one or more of the rules contained herein, we will close the Account and may confiscate the available funds in your User Account(s), which will be forfeited to the appropriate authority.

Cashplay is not a financial institution and you shall not in any way treat or consider Cashplay as a financial institution. No interest is paid on any funds, irrespective of the amount held in your Account.

It is your responsibility to keep track of earnings and report them to the proper authorities, if you reside in a jurisdiction where those earnings are taxable.

Any application that uses any or all of the data contained on the Cashplay Websites for purposes (including but not limited to commercial purposes) other than participating in the Websites (e.g. via screen scraping) is prohibited. We will take measures to prevent and detect the use of programs that are designed to enable artificial intelligence (non-humans) to utilize or benefit from the data contained on the Websites. Any attempted or actual use of artificial intelligence by you will lead to termination of your Account.

You may cancel your Account at any time by emailing support@cashplay.co

You undertake to provide us with all cooperation and assistance necessary for the due and proper provision of the Services and to provide us with all necessary materials and documentation for the provision of the Services.

The information provided must be true, accurate, current and complete, as requested. You agree to update the registration data to keep it current and accurate. If Cashplay determines you are registering with purposely incorrect information, Cashplay reserves the right to close your account. Knowingly submitting incomplete or inaccurate information will result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any prizes or winnings to which you may have otherwise been entitled. Cashplay also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change and/or suspend/terminate offensive usernames.

Inactive Accounts

An Inactive Account is an Account that, for a period of 12 months or more, has not had funds withdrawn or funds deposited. Although we do not have an obligation to notify Account Holders that they have outstanding balances we will attempt to contact the Account Holder to ensure the balance is returned to them.

We reserve the right to charge, on the last day of every month, a processing handling fee of 5 USD per month. After a 12-month period, the Account Holder will forfeit the outstanding balance.

Withdrawals and Payments

You can request the withdrawal of any money you've earned in For Cash Tournaments via the Website(s). Please note, however, that each such withdrawal is subject to a withdrawal fee.

We will use our best efforts to make income earned from Cash Tournaments available to you within 3 business days of receiving such a request once the account is verified.

Withdrawal payments will not be made until such verification is received. If Cashplay has not received verification within 10 days, the withdrawal request will be cancelled, the account in question will be suspended, and the member will be contacted by email.

Once approved, all withdrawn money will be paid into the same bank or PayPal account you use to deposit money in your Cashplay Account.

Withdrawal of funds will be based on how you've deposited funds into your account in the past. If you have previously deposited via Credit Card, Debit Card or PayPal, your card(s) and/or account will be refunded in the amount of the deposit and order by which previous charges have been made within 60 days of such deposit. Any balance that exceeds your previous deposit amounts will be sent to you via your preferred PayPal account or Credit/Debit account.

You accept that all payments you make to Cashplay are authorized and you will not attempt to reverse a payment in order to avoid a legitimate liability.

You agree that Cashplay is not liable for any loss caused by any unauthorized use of your credit card or other method of payment by a third-party in connection with your use of Cashplay.

All payments into your account must be from a payment source on which you are the named account holder. No third party payments allowed.

Any attempt to defraud Cashplay through the use of Credit Cards or other methods of payment, regardless of the outcome, or any failure by you to honour legitimate charges or requests for payment, or confirmation of deposits, will result in immediate termination of your account, forfeiture of any prizes to which you are otherwise entitled, and active pursuit of civil litigation and/or referral for criminal prosecution.

You can view your Account balance by logging into the Website(s).

Interest is not payable on Account balances. No credit is permitted.

The minimum amount which you can deposit in your Account is 10 USD.

Proof of Identity and Anti-Money Laundering Provisions

We reserve the right to check your transactions to prevent money laundering.

We reserve the right to report any suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

Your transactions may be held for review by us or by an authorized third party to insure against fraud.

The following rules and policies apply to our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures:

We do not allow the depositing of funds for that purpose unless the intended User has registered with Cashplay through the registration page and has created an Account and has confirmed his/her acceptance of the Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to request documents to confirm User identity, age, address and proof of depositing-card ownership prior to allowing any User to use money on the Website(s).

No User under the age of 18 is able to register with Cashplay. A record of attempts of under-18 registrations is maintained for ongoing screening purposes.

We will maintain records of all current, attempted and past registrations.

Upon completion of all required fields and confirmation of agreement to the Terms & Conditions, an email will be sent to you at the email address provided.You might need to confirm your email address in order to access all the services.

You will not be able to register using a fictitious name or an anonymous account. Fictitious names will be identified at the time funds are deposited to the Account and the Account will be immediately terminated.

When registering with us, the Account will not be opened unless the requested identity details are completed in full. Duplicate accounts will not be allowed and checks will be made at the time of registration.

Deposits or payments made to Users that exceed 100 USD or payments which, taken cumulatively within a 30-day period, exceed 100 USD are classified as qualifying payments and, as such, may trigger the requirement for evidence to be gathered confirming your identity.

We reserve the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any User who poses an additional risk and to report their transactions to our Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO).

Enhanced due diligence may include checking the World-Check and/or Politically Exposed Persons databases; additional identity verification (if requested by the MLRO); and/or additional information on the source of your funds (if requested by the MLRO).


Once completed, a Tournament will be governed by the Terms & Conditions and/or Rules & Regulations valid at the time the Tournament was initiated.

If a Tournament ends prematurely because of a bug or network failure/dropout, the Tournament will be forfeited.

If a Tournament ends prematurely as a result of a User disconnecting prematurely, that User will be declared to have lost.

If a Tournament ends prematurely due to an error on the game developer's part (a bug, for example), the money will be refunded to your Account pending a investigation.

If a Multiplayer Tournament ends in a tie, the prize money will be split equally between the players who have achieved the best score.

Cashplay reserves the right to close your account and confiscate any existing funds if evidence of abuse/fraud is found.

Unlimited Entry Tournaments

From time to time, Cashplay and its Partners will stage cash tournaments for which Users can submit an unlimited number of entries. These unlimited registration tournaments ("Unlimited Registration Tournament") are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Unlimited registration tournaments ("Unlimited Registration Tournaments") are open to registered Users of Cashplay who comply with the Cashplay Website's general Terms & Conditions.

2. We retain the right to examine and confirm the identity of participants in Unlimited Registration Tournaments. When deemed necessary, we will request that documentation providing the User's identity and residency is uploaded to the Cashplay Website. Examples of documentation could be scanned copies of driver's licenses, national identity cards or passports, bank statements, or utility bills. Users who fail to meet this requirement or any other requirement contained in our general Terms & Conditions will be disqualified from Unlimited Registration Tournaments.

3. Entry into an Unlimited Registration Tournament is acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

4. To enter an Unlimited Registration Tournament, a User must pay an entry fee.

5. Any User we find to have been cheating will be disqualified from Unlimited Registration Tournaments, any money they have deposited with Cashplay will be confiscated and, if necessary, we will launch criminal proceedings against them.

6. Users can enter an Unlimited Registration Tournament an unlimited number of times, providing that they pay an entry fee for each entry.

7. The winners of an Unlimited Registration Tournament will be the Users with the best verified scores. In the case of a tie in placement within an unlimited user tournament, the amount of cash to be won will be split evenly amongst those who tied.

8. A maximum of one prize can be received by each entrant. In cases where users have entered multiple times, their best score will be used and the appropriate prize will be awarded if applicable.

9. Each winner of an Unlimited Registration Tournament will receive a prize, as specified in that tournament's rules. Cashplay accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize. Only one prize per device, per IP address and per household is allowed.

10. A list of the winners of Unlimited Registration Tournaments can be obtained by tournament registered players by emailing support@cashplay.co

11. Prizes for Unlimited Registration Tournaments are non-exchangeable and non-transferable.

12. The winners of Unlimited Registration Tournaments may be required for promotional activity.

13. These terms and conditions exclude the liability of Cashplay for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.

14. Cashplay accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by Users as a result of entering Unlimited Registration Tournaments or accepting the prize. Cashplay further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with an Unlimited Registration Tournament.

15. Cashplay reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, Unlimited Registration Tournaments with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Cashplay in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. Cashplay shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

17. Unlimited Registration Tournaments are not open to employees, agencies or partners of the Cashplay group, or anyone else connected to the Competition.

18. In certain unlimited entry tournaments, Cashplay may choose to offer different prize tiers within the same tournament based on whether a user has deposited money to their Cashplay account or not. In such cases, the value of the prizes offered are set entirely at Cashplay’s discretion and are also subject to change at any time up to the stated tournament end date and time.

Deposit Match Bonus Terms and Conditions

A Player/User/Person (henceforth referred to as Player) qualifies for a Deposit Match Bonus if they fulfil the following criteria; (1) They complete the deposit transaction before midnight Central European Summer Time (CEST) on June 30th 2014 (2) They can prove that they were over 18 at the time of unlocking the bonus and that they are based in a territory in which cash tournaments in skill games are legal.

Bonus funds can't be withdrawn until the campaingn requirements are met.

In order for bonus funds to be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be matched a specified number of times in entry fees (defined in the campaign T&C). Once the requirements are met, the bonus funds can be claimed and transferred to the cash wallet and be withdrawn.

Winnings from all tournaments while a bonus is active will be split between the cash and bonus wallets, the ratio is specified in the campaign details.

The portion of winnings allocated to the bonus wallet can’t be withdrawn until the campaign requirements are met.

Bonus funds will be forfeited if the campaign requirements are not met within the period specified in the campaign details.

Deposit Bonus Campaign terms and conditions override the general Deposit Bonus terms and conditions.

Cashplay reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this offer at any time and it is the Player’s responsibility to check for changes and updates.

Cashplay reserves the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate this promotion at any time for any reason.

Cashplay reserves the right to request a copy of your ID and proof of address.

Cashplay reserves the right to close your account and confiscate any existing funds if evidence of abuse/fraud is found.

Registration Bonus Terms and Conditions

A Player/User/Person (henceforth referred to as Player) qualifies for a Deposit Match Bonus if they fulfil the following criteria; They can prove that they were over 18 at the time of unlocking the bonus and that they are based in a territory in which cash tournaments in skill games are legal.

Once a non-depositing user has an account balance of $25, the user either has to deposit or withdraw to be able to continue playing cash tournaments.

Once a non-depositing user has an account balance of $50, the user must deposit to be able to continue playing cash tournaments.

Once a user has an account balance of $150, the user must provide KYC to be able to continue playing cash tournaments.

Once a user receives the $3 registration bonus he is able to play any of the low value tournaments. For access to higher value tournaments the user needs to deposit.

The registration bonus can only be received ONCE per account, per household and per device.

Cashplay reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this offer at any time and it is the Player's responsability to check for changes and updates.

Cashplay reserves the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate this promotion at any time for any reason.

Cashplay reserves the right to request a copy of your ID and proof of address.

Cashplay reserves the right to close your account and confiscate any existing funds if evidence of abuse/fraud is found.

No Warranty

We disclaim any and all warranties in connection with the Services, which are provided "as is".

We provide no warranty regarding the Services' quality, fitness-for-purpose, completeness and/or accuracy.

We make no warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely and/or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Software and/or Website shall be free from viruses, bugs and/or other contaminants.

We reserve the right to suspend, discontinue, modify, remove and/or add to the service.

Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge that the Software has not been developed to meet your individual requirements, and that it is therefore your responsibility to ensure that the facilities and functions of the Software meet your requirements.

We only supply the Software and Services for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the Software and Services for any commercial, business or resale purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

We accept no liability for any damages, liabilities and/or losses arising from your use of Services, Software or Websites.

We don't warrant the accuracy and completeness of the information and/or material on the Websites.

Our total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions will not exceed the amount of your money deposited with us at the moment the liability was created.

We aren't liable for any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, loss of data, loss of goodwill or reputation, and/or any special, indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in this section shall limit our liability to pay you money owed to you.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for:

death or personal injury resulting from our negligence;

fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; and

any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.


You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold us harmless from all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and/or expenses arising:

out of any breach of these Terms & Conditions, including another person using your Account;

from your false warranties and/or representations;

from your wrongdoings and/or fraud, including attempts to breach the single-account-per-user rule, hacking, providing false personal information and/or any actions and/or omissions which we reasonably deem to be fraud and/or wrongdoing; and

from any claim brought against us by an intermediary as a result of your breach of these Terms & Conditions.


You may not assign any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms & Conditions to a third party.

We can transfer any of our rights and/or obligations under these Terms & Conditions to a third party.

Third Parties

The Websites may from time to time provide content from other internet sites or resources (“Third-Party Content”) and while we take all reasonable steps to ensure that material included on the Websites is correct, reputable and of high quality, we do not make any warranties or guarantees in relation to Third-Party Content and will not be held liable by the Account Holder for any such Third-Party Content. If we are informed of any inaccuracies in the Third Party Content contained on the Websites, we will attempt to correct the inaccuracies as soon as we reasonably can.

We make no representations or warranties regarding any websites linked to the Websites ("Linked Sites"), the entities which operate the Linked Sites or which feature on the Linked Sites. We will not accept liability for any loss (including any indirect or consequential loss) or damage the Account User may suffer directly or indirectly as a result of using any of the Linked Sites or relying on any material contained therein. The Account User acknowledges that the Websites' access to and use of any of the Linked Sites is entirely at his/her own risk. Links to the Linked Sites are provided for your information only. We have no control over the content of the Linked Sites or resources. The inclusion of a link to a third party website does not constitute an endorsement of that third party's website, products or services (if applicable).

The Websites may from time to time contain various Licensed Materials provided by third parties. Use of these Licensed Materials is solely for non-commercial purposes and shall specifically exclude, without limitation, consumers that would reasonably be expected to have a commercial or business use for the Licensed Materials.

Third party service providers' employees can't take part in For Cash Tournaments using the Cashplay platform. We will disqualify the employee of any third party service provider who attempts to take part in a For Cash Tournament and we reserve the right to close the related User Account(s) and withhold the funds in the account(s) which may be, depending on applicable law, forfeited to the appropriate authority or kept by us as a contractual penalty payable by you to us as sanction for breach of this rule.

Unless the Terms & Conditions say a third party may enforce a term of these Terms & Conditions, a person and/or company who is not party to these Terms & Conditions has no right to any term of these Terms & Conditions.

You acknowledge that we aren't responsible for any third party provider and that any agreement between you and a third party provider is not part of these Terms & Conditions.

You acknowledge that any contract between you and a third party provider is not a contract to which we are party.

Settlement of Disputes

We are responsible only for those aspects of the Tournament platform relating directly to your Account on our Websites, such as earnings and/or payments. We are not responsible for any dispute relating to gameplay. Such disputes should be referred directly to the game’s developer using the customer service contact information they provide.

In the first instance, any disputes should be referred to our customer services team for resolution by emailing support@cashplay.coThereafter our internal review mechanisms will be used to investigate a complaint from you. We will keep you up to date with our investigations. We will deal with all complaints as soon as reasonably practicable.

Disputes should be referred to us as soon as possible and not later than seven days after the incident relating to the relevant dispute. When the dispute is open the user is required to provide the crash report for the device.


Any notice we send to you will be sent to the address and/or email address you provide.

Any queries relating to an intermediary (such as a payment service) should be directed to that intermediary.

We are not responsible for communicating with intermediaries on your behalf.

Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for any delay and/or failure to perform any of our obligations under the Terms & Conditions caused by an event outside our control ("Force Majeure").

Our performance will be deemed to have been suspended for the period of a Force Majeure event.

We will make reasonable endeavours to end the Force Majeure event or find a solution by which our obligations can be performed despite the Force Majeure event.


We reserve the right to publicize and promote details of Tournament-winners. We may from time to time publish the name and geographical location by country of Tournament-winners and a condition of these Terms & Conditions is that you agree to us including these details on our Website and related social-media channels if you are a winner.

All media enquiries regarding Cashplay received by Account Holders must be referred to us immediately.

Account Holders' personal data will be processed by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You may only use our Services, Websites and/or Software for lawful purposes.

You may not use our Services, Websites and/or Software in a way that breaches any laws and/or regulations.

You may not use our Services, Websites and/or Software for any unlawful and/or fraudulent purposes.

You may not use our Services, Websites and/or Software to send, receive, upload, download, use and/or re-use any material that doesn't meet our content standards.

You may not use our Services, Websites and/or Software to transmit and/or procure unsolicited advertising and/or promotional material.

You may not use our Services, Websites and/or Software to transmit, send and/or upload any harmful programs and/or code designed to affect the operation of computer software and/or hardware.

You agree not to access without authority, damage and/or disrupt our Services, Websites, Software, equipment and/or network, or any equipment, network and/or software owned or used by any third party.

Intellectual Property Rights

We take intellectual property rights seriously. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact our customer support team.

We grant to you a limited license to install and run the Software, in object code format only, solely for the purpose of using the Services and solely for as long as your Account is open.

You acknowledge that you are receiving limited rights only.

You acknowledge that you have no right to have access to the Software in source-code form.

You may not network the Software among devices.

You may not authorize any person to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, re-engineer and/or otherwise create or permit, allow and/or assist others to create the source code of the Software or its structural framework.

You may not authorize any person to create derivative works based on the Software.

You may not authorize any person to use the Software for any purpose except as expressly provided in these Terms & Conditions.

You may not authorize any person to disable or circumvent any access control or related device, process and/or procedure established with respect to the Software.

You acknowledge that you have access to sufficient information such that you do not need to reserve-engineer the Software in any way to permit other products and/or information to interoperate with the Software.

You are responsible for all use of the Software under your possession or control.

All content contained in the Websites, Software and Services, all Cashplay products and services, all Cashplay logos, symbols and "look and feel", all digital assets, and all derivative works/modifications of any of the foregoing, and all related and/or underlying intellectual property are our sole and exclusive property.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted in these Terms & Conditions.

Unless stated otherwise in these Terms & Conditions, no right or license is granted to any intellectual property rights, and your use of the Services and/or Software does not convey or imply the right to use the Services and/or Software in combination with any other information or products.

You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights in the Software, Websites and Services anywhere in the world belong to us or our licensors, that rights in the Software are licensed (not sold) to you, and that you have no rights in, or to, the Software other than the right to use it in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.


If any part of these Terms & Conditions will be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed to be severable from these Terms & Conditions and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of these Terms & Conditions.

The time stamp on all records either stored in or written to Cashplay's transactional database shall be recorded as Coordinated Universal Time (UTC).

No waiver by Cashplay of any of these Terms & Conditions will be construed as a waiver of any preceding or succeeding breach of any of these Terms & Conditions.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, nothing in these Terms & Conditions will create or confer any rights or any other benefits in favour of any person other than you and Cashplay.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions will be construed as creating any agency, partnership or any other form of joint enterprise between you and Cashplay.

The "Indemnity" clause will continue in force after and despite expiry or termination (for whatever reason).

These Terms & Conditions contain the entire agreement between you and Cashplay relating to the Services, Software and Websites. You confirm that, in agreeing to accept these Terms & Conditions, you have not relied on any representation save insofar as the same has expressly been made a representation in these Terms & Conditions. You agree that you will have no remedy in respect of any misrepresentation which has not become a term of these Terms & Conditions save that your agreement will not apply in respect of any fraudulent or negligent misrepresentation whether or not such term has become a term of these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions as well as use of the Websites, Services and Software is subject to the laws and regulations of England and Wales.

Mad Croc Tournament Terms & Conditions

You must be over 18 to compete in the Mad Croc $100,000 tournament.

There will be no entry fee for the Initial Tournament.

All players competing in the tournament are required to create a Cashplay account and agree to the Cashplay Terms and Conditions.

Your handset provider or operating system are by no means linked to or sponsoring this tournament.

All players competing in the tournament will be faced with the same exact route and river combination.

The Mad Croc $100,000 tournament will take place over the course of 1 month with 4 weekly winners being declared.

Each weekly winner will be contacted within 48 hours of the tournament ending for that specific week.

The 4 weekly tournament winners will then move forward to the grand final where they will compete for the grand prize of $100,000.

The winner of the tournament will be the player who gets the furthest in the selected river among all participants.

Any player(s) that are suspected of cheating will be removed from the leader board and have their Cashplay account deleted without warning.

The prize awarded to the winner of the Initial Tournament (the “Top Prize”) will be $100,000.

500 people get one year Energy Gum (360 packs = 9 boxes). Players will receive the gum, subject to the local laws in your country.

The grand final will take place in Prague, Czech Republic in December 2015.

The four finalists must travel to the Czech Republic to compete in the final. Mad Croc will cover the cost of travel and accommodation for the finalists and one guest each. All travel and accommodation arrangements will be handled and arranged by Mad Croc. Any additional costs must be borne by the finalists and their specified guests.

Finalists must be able to travel to Prague in order to qualify for the grand final. Personal or Visa issues will not be accepted as a valid reason for not attending.

In the event that a weekly winner cannot travel to the final then the next placed competitor (in that week) will be selected.

A tiebreaker will take place in the event of a tie for first place. Details of the tiebreaker will be communicated to the competitors within 24 hours of the tournament ending.

You have no rights to complain.

The grand final will last for approximately 1 hour and there will be a notary official onsite to determine the final result.

The weekly winners agree to appear in featured announcements including press releases, website content and in-game adverts
